Is it possible to do this as the latest i can find on my various software and inc tachosoft online system is 13 246 043

Yes, you can clear this as the same model on Tachosoftonline.com with the motorola/freescale 9S12 micro-controller.

If you need the file wrote manually for you, send it to me
