I have this problem in my wifes Clio.
Driver window is going down but not up.
Checked pins in the switch and passenger window looks like a separate system with 12V on pins.
Driver window however looks like it's wired to the UCH and only has ca 3V on the "down" pin in the switch. Pin connectors on the "up" switch is almost dead (0.08V).
I have traced the wire back to the UCH and there is no voltage on this pin so no wiring problem.
Tracked it back to the small chip but I can't find how this chip works (only 104 number on the chip).
When connected with CLIP, the window will go up and down so looks like there is some electronic problem on the switch line (most likely in the UCH)
Could anyone advise on this problem or point where I can find schematics? I would really appreciate it.
